Job Description What is the opportunity? This Service Associate will support the Entitlements Canadian Operations, WM Asset Servicing team. Working in a collaborative, dynamic and high-performing environment, this individual will face challenging yet rewarding opportunities. What will you do? Processing client requests in various capacities, as related to entitlement operations. Placing a priority on answering client inquiries, mitigating escalations and always meeting SLAs. Continuously analyzing process workflows to identify opportunities for improvement of operational efficiencies.
