Job Description What is the opportunity? This Service Associate will support the Entitlements Canadian Operations, WM Asset Servicing team. Working in a collaborative, dynamic and high-performing environment, this individual will face challenging yet rewarding opportunities. What will you do? Processing client requests in various capacities, as related to entitlement operations. Placing a priority on answering client inquiries, mitigating escalations and always meeting SLAs. Continuously analyzing process workflows to identify opportunities for improvement of operational efficiencies. Ensure all processes maintain operational risk thresholds, escalating discrepancies immediately upon discovery.…
