About this role

Job Description What is the opportunity? As Counsel, you will be a key member of RBC's Procurement Legal Team. You will work closely with other members of the team as well as our procurement partners. You will provide advice and guidance to Royal Bank of Canada and its subsidiaries with respect to third party transactions, with an emphasis on technology, SaaS and other related intellectual property licensing transactions.
