Job Description What is the opportunity? In the role of Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a team of Senior Specialists responsible for the timely and accurate management of client instructions and corporate action tenders to our depositories and agents on voluntary and mandatory with choice events. The role includes but is not limited to ability to make decisions within area of responsibility, collaboration with colleagues across the organization to get things done, advocating a culture of continuous improvement, and being an access point for resolution of complex event issues as escalated by team members.
