Job Description What is the opportunity? As a Sr. Manager of DevOps/QE, you will oversee the activities of DevOps/QE automation teams and members, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of Quality Engineering at RBC Insurance Technology (RBCI IT). We are looking for a leader who is people-driven, client-focused, and a change agent to support the overall DevOps/QE automation strategy and transformations within RBCI IT. This role will also leverage AI and AI-driven SDLC practices to enhance efficiency, innovation, and quality in our processes. What will you do?
