Overview: Primary Responsibilities: Complete quality reviews and mailing of MICR and TRA correspondence. Provide phone support for internal calls. Provide assistance with moderate training within the department. Process adjustments between banks via appropriate online systems. Resolve routine adjustment-related problems independently and within established procedures; escalate more complex problems to management. Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite.
