Overview: This role centers on being the organization’s first point of contact, managing daily office flow and reception, coordinating meetings, working with Executives and maintaining strong internal and external relationships. Location: This is an onsite role located at 115 Federal Street, Boston, MA. Hours: 8:00AM-4:30PM Monday-Friday, with flexibility for special meetings and events. Primary Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth. Oversee mail, packages, and courier services. Coordinate visitor badges, parking, and security protocols. Prepare meeting rooms (A/V setup, seating, materials, refreshments). Maintain conference room calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts.…
