Overview: The Instructional Designer will utilize proven instructional design methodologies to create learning solutions that meet audience learning styles, content topic area, and audience location that adhere to M&T Learning and Development quality standards. Apply adult learning theory and industry-recognized instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.) to design, develop, and maintain training content using multiple delivery modes; including blended, facilitator led, and web-based training solutions.
