The AGUN program is a highly demanding mission requiring expert technical and professional support to sustain the Army's global wide area network and security infrastructure. The selected candidate will support network migration, operations, and maintenance activities while ensuring the availability, performance, and security of the Army's enterprise network. This role includes resolving service tickets, implementing approved network changes, supporting operational workflows, and collaborating with technical teams to maintain and improve network performance across a global environment.
