About this role
Overview We are looking for a high-performing Senior Associate on Sustainalytics Customer Success team. You will own retention and adoption for a portfolio of leading financial institutions across the BeNeLux region. Your success will be measured by client retention and growth, product adoption and client satisfaction. You will serve as the primary customer success manager for a portfolio of accounts and act as a trusted contact to ESG, sustainable investment, risk, and portfolio management teams. This role offers the opportunity to work with some of the leading investors in Europe, helping them integrate ESG and sustainability considerations into investment decision-making while partnering closely with subject matter experts across Morningstar Sustainalytics.…
