Become a part of our caring community The Pharmacy Technician/ Care Management Support Assistant 2 works as a liaison between case managers, doctors, nurses and patients as they transition on service with One Infusion Pharmacy. Fulfillment Technicians are responsible for coordinating care with external and internal departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of all pertinent clinical, billing and demographic information in accordance with the policies and procedures of One Infusion Pharmacy, state regulations, and other regulatory entities such as Accreditation Counsel for Home Care (ACHC). The Fulfillment Technician works under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacists and assists with coordination and delivery of products and services to One Infusion Pharmacy’s patients.…
