Become a part of our caring community The Senior Finance Operations Analyst supports finance operations by analyzing financial processes, data, controls, and system-enabled workflows to improve accuracy, efficiency, scalability, and risk management. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, Technology, Operations, and enterprise stakeholders to support financial reporting, operational analysis, process improvement, automation initiatives, and data-driven decision-making. This is a hybrid position and may require you to occasionally work onsite at Humana's facility in Louisville, KY. The position is expected to bring strong financial acumen and analytical rigor.
