Correspondence Representative

Become a part of our caring community As the Correspondence Representative 2 will work in a back-office, non-phone, production-based environment reviewing and researching provider correspondence and disputes. You will root cause issues by reviewing case details, claims information, documentation, and established processes. You will research provider concerns, determining the appropriate next steps for resolution, document case activity, and generating required system-based correspondence. We are looking for associates to balance productivity expectations with accuracy, quality, and case resolution.
