Purpose Statement: Primarily responsible for providing technical leadership and execution of strategic initiatives across Test, Industrial, Process, Automation and/or Product Engineering disciplines. The Director of Manufacturing Engineering will have exclusive ownership driving improvements to stakeholder’s engineering needs. The role is responsible for managing the implementation and execution of engineering philosophies across the manufacturing operations while working directly with the Engineering Managers to ensure proper resources and skill levels are in place to support the voice of the customer and the process.
