About this role

Job Description: Experience & Qualifications 8-10 years total experience, including minimum 3 years as Scrum Master. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (CS/IT specialization), MCA, M.S., or M.Sc. IT. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Identify and resolve obstacles hindering team progress. Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback. Communicate project status, risks, issues, and KPIs to stakeholders. Ensure team adherence to Scrum framework and Agile principles for high-quality, on-time delivery. Required Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
