Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience and familiarity with ERISA retirement and health & welfare plans, cafeteria plans, executive compensation arrangements, non-qualified deferred compensation plans, and agency audits. Knowledge of Financial Services Law, incentive compensation, wage and hour laws, minimum wage laws, employment litigation, and other employment federal/state laws is preferred, but not required.
