Laboratory Support Services Supervisor

Position Overview Under the direction of the Laboratory Support Services Manager, this role manages, supervises, and coordinates daily operations across pre-analytic and post-analytic laboratory services, specimen management, patient registration, test ordering, and phlebotomy services. The position oversees the Wilson and BGH phlebotomy teams, ensuring safe, compliant, efficient, and customer-focused operations. Responsibilities include staff leadership, workflow oversight, regulatory compliance, training, quality assurance, and direct support for operational needs such as specimen processing, test order entry and phlebotomy.
