Workforce Management Specialist - Workforce Strategy & Optimization Are you forward-thinking and always looking to establish better systems and processes? As a workforce management specialist, you will be responsible for providing specialized expertise in scheduling, reporting, tool optimization and business analysis to support the company’s labour management strategy. With data modeling techniques, you’ll help ‘paint a picture’ for leadership to better manage staffing and optimize processes across different areas of the store to set them up for success.
