Job Description : The Startup Operation members (SET Ops) acts as a setup consultant and handles all aspects of new Dedicated Transportation Solutions business startups along with ongoing support of Field Operations. This includes both driver and manager training for basic system operations and often includes aiding and functioning in the expected role. As such, the ability to prioritize work-tasks and manage the day-to-day task items are requirements of this position. Additionally, the team engages and takes part in the writing of process documents, system testing, and even design-level consulting for new pieces of the product. Travel is extensive for this role and is expected to be around 75-80%.…
