About this role

SUMMARY The County of Hinds is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented IT Communications Support Technician to join our Information Technology Department. This role plays a vital part in supporting county operations by ensuring the reliability and efficiency of technology systems used across departments such as public safety, public works, finance, and administration. To perform repairs, installations, maintenance, diagnoses, and services to a variety of telecommunication and workstation equipment and systems and to perform related work as assigned.
