Logistics Transportation Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule delivery appointments for major retail customers, including Walmart, Sam’s Club, Target, Costco, Amazon, and BJ’s. Communicate with customers, carriers, internal transportation teams regarding shipments and delivery schedules. Request, confirm, and update delivery appointments through customer portals. Monitor shipment status and follow up on late, delayed, refused, or rescheduled deliveries. Prepare and review appointment confirmations. Track inbound and outbound shipments and provide customers with accurate ETAs. Resolve delivery issues, appointment conflicts, shortages, damages, and other customer concerns.…
