About this role

Summary Under the general supervision of the director, the manager is responsible for the daily management of the department. This includes, but is not limited to operational, financial, clinical, performance improvement, program development, and customer relations and patient care outcomes. The manager is the primary resource person for staff. Responsibilities also include collaboration with other departments of the Hospital to assure development, promotion and maintenance of quality programs and services. Education Four years of formal training or education in specialty or related specialty beyond the high school level (e.g., Bachelors Degree).
