Join our team and help bring great coffee to life. As a Production Technician – Roasting , you’ll operate roasting equipment and support the process that transforms green coffee into the roasted coffee enjoyed by customers every day. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with coffee, takes pride in quality and consistency, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment. You’ll work closely with a team to ensure every batch meets our quality, safety, and production standards. *Note that this is a 2nd shift position. The working hours for this position vary between 2pm-11pm and 3:30pm-midnight, Monday - Friday.
