Assesses information that is given to them from the patient via phone or in person, communicating information to providers and obtains orders if needed. Provides triaging to patients with symptom management and provides recommendations from the provider. Triages patient phone calls to assist with management of side effects from treatment and determine if patient needs to be seen within the clinic more urgently.
