About this role

The Opportunity A critical link between technical systems and functional leadership, the Finance Navigator Lead ensures data integrity and cohesive financial narratives for CMG and Site Ops Finance by overseeing USD 4B in OPEX and leading a team of 14 people. This role requires high-level strategic orchestration combined with tactical month-end close (MEC), overhead allocation, and balance sheet reconciliations. Additionally, this role will lead the strategy, financial planning, and budget management for Roche North America's employee benefits, partnering with the People & Culture leaders to ensure a sustainable, competitive, and cost-effective benefits portfolio.
