About this role

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:00a-4:00p The position is responsible for leading the design, architecture, development, implementation, licensing, support, and ongoing improvement of enterprise CRM, AI-enabled development, and web application platforms. This includes current Salesforce ownership, potential future Microsoft Dynamics responsibilities, Zoho ServiceDesk Plus support, and internal and external applications built using .NET frameworks, ReactJS, Angular, and Kentico.
