About this role

What you will do: Provides very basic support of installation, maintenance, and repair of building systems and equipment to clients or project sites. How will you do it: 1. Chiller Operatorship: Ensures on time opening and closing of chillers as per schedule. Monitors chillers for water level and temperature. Inspects, monitors and documents plant equipment and its function on an hourly or daily basis Performs preventive maintenance of chillers in coordination with Project Engineer. Diagnoses problems and coordinates Project Engineer Completes all service reports and log sheets on a daily basis or as per schedule. Makes oral and written reports to be submitted to client on a daily basis.…
