Job Description ICF seeks a highly qualified candidate to serve as the Capacity Development Manager to work on a national technical assistance project. The purpose of this project is to provide legal services for unaccompanied children from Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) care and custody and to expand the legal community’s skills and capacity to provide immigration legal support. The Capacity Development Manager is responsible for developing training, opportunities, and materials to support the development of legal services practitioners to provide immigration relief. The work includes the development of products and tools to support all facets of the legal work with a primary audience of legal service professionals, with additional materials for children and their sponsors.…
