The Social media expert will reinforce the client's Social Media Team to help achieve certain objectives. TASKS/REQUIRED SERVICES Social media expert Interacts with users of social media platforms to respond to their questions and suggestions in line with corporate objectives and priorities. Creates daily content – involving multiple departments – and builds and maintains a distribution network on various social media sites. Ensures continuous participation in online conversations and acts as a mediator. Identifies threats and opportunities in use-generated content surrounding the contracting authority’s brand and reports it to internal stakeholders.…
