Department 10422 Proposal Development Pay Range $65,124.80 - $108,555.20 The Senior Grants and Contracts Specialist (Sr. GCS) will serve as a member of the pre-award team, providing comprehensive support for proposal review, submission, and post-submission activities. The Sr. GCS will act as the primary sponsor-facing contact for contractual and administrative matters throughout the pre-award process, from application development and submission through receipt of the Notice of Award.
