About this role

We are looking for a Customer Education Trainer to support our Life Sciences & Healthcare customers, with a focus on our discovery and preclinical solutions. This individual will report into the Director of Education and should possess both a strong scientific background and exceptional communication skills. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping researchers, scientists, and R&D professionals maximize the value of Clarivate solutions while supporting the adoption of AI-assisted workflows and emerging technologies.
