About this role

About You – Experience, Education, Skills and Accomplishments Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. 7+ years of experience in Technology Operations, Infrastructure Support, Monitoring, or Production Support environments. Proven experience leading technology operations teams in a 24x7 support environment. Strong knowledge of incident management, problem management, service restoration, and operational governance. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across Engineering, Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Product, and Customer Success teams. It Would Be Great If You Also Had Experience with ITIL processes and best practices.…
