About the role Leading the deployment of the Lean Transformation using Company Operating System & Strategy. Manage and execute implementation, monitoring and improvement of CI programs in Haina. The scope of the role: Perform operating mechanism assessments, propose proper adjustments to achieve an effective implementation of Lean and Six Sigma. This position will be responsible to lead and execute continuous improvement initiative across the site and coach continuous improvement practitioners on the operation and the associated culture change.
