This is a player-coach role responsible for leading the US recruiting team while personally owning a portfolio of high-impact, revenue-generating requisitions. The role partners closely with GTM and People leaders to translate business strategies into hiring plans, with a primary focus on Sales and other GTM roles across all levels.
