SCHEDULE: Part Time - 20 hrs M-F alternating shifts: 6:45am -10:45am and 3 -7pm No weekends or Holidays LOCATION : Dwight Rd. Longmeadow MA DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION: Multi-Disciplinary Outpatient Rehabilitation practice servicing Western MA for over 15 years.
