Job Description Summary of Job Demands: Maintenance is responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of on-site equipment and general operational needs. Daily tasks may vary heavily depending on equipment functionality, time of year, as well as scheduled annual/monthly checks. The majority of the shift is spent responding to maintenance requests sent by other staff, which are viewed from computer setup. Maintenance is required to view, resolve or escalate submitted requests, and update the resolution status. Request demands can greatly vary, such as changing light bulbs, unclogging toilets, fixing equipment (beds, lifts etc.) or moving furniture. While Maintenance is not answering requests, they are attending preventative maintenance checks.…
