Job Description Personal Support Worker Mission The Personal Support Worker (PSW) provides personal care and performs assigned duties within their scope of knowledge and skill, under the direction of their supervisor. The PSW is responsible for delivering care in accordance with regulatory requirements and Extendicare’s standards, policies, and procedures. Key Responsibilities Adhere to the resident/client care plan as determined by the supervisor. Facilitate resident move-ins and transfers, where applicable. Observe, document, and report resident/client care and services using approved Extendicare forms and tools.
