Job Description Reporting to the Director, Human Resources and Talent Acquisition LTC, the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for developing and executing the organization's talent acquisition strategy to ensure the attraction, selection, and retention of top talent. This role provides strategic leadership to the Talent Acquisition function, aligning recruitment initiatives with business objectives, workforce plans, organizational growth, and future talent requirements. The role leads a team of Talent Acquisition professionals while fostering strong partnerships across Human Resources and operational leadership, supporting our Long Term Care homes across Canada.
