Job Description Reporting to the Director, Compensation , the Compensation Analyst is a hands-on, analytical role at the heart of Extendicare's compensation team. You'll support market pricing, compensation analysis, job evaluations, and reporting that helps ensure our programs remain competitive, equitable, and compliant. This role offers broad exposure to compensation projects, including pay harmonization, job architecture, and process improvements in Workday. You'll manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while building your technical and analytical expertise.
