1. Melakukan stock opname secara berkala untuk memastikan mutasi penerimaan dan pengeluaran barang terdokumentasi dengan baik dan sesuai dengan jumlah fisik barang yang ada saat ini. 2. Melakukan pengecekan masa kadaluarsa barang dan/atau produk serta melaporkan jika terjadi penyimpangan terutama mengenai keamanan pangan kepada atasan untuk segera ditindaklnjuti. 3. Berkoordinasi dengan tim commercial dan production terkait ketersediaan stock barang agar proses berjalan secara efektif dan efisien. 4.
