About this role

Primary location: JYVÄSKYLÄ Etsimme nyt Trattoria Aukioon KEITTIÖN VUOROMESTARIA. Tehtävä on kokoaikainen (90 h/3vko) ja määräaikainen, noin vuoden mittainen sijaisuus. Työt alkavat sopimuksen mukaan, mutta toivomme, että voit aloittaa mahdollisimman pian. Keittiön vuoromestarina olet oman vastuualueesi luottotyyppi, joka varmistaa keittiön päivittäisen toiminnan. Tehtävänäsi on toiminnan laadun, tehojen ja katteiden varmistaminen jokaisessa työvuorossa. Organisoit tehokkaasti eri työtehtäviä keittiössä, ylläpidät hyvää fiilistä, luot avoimen ja kannustavan työilmapiirin, ja myös tarvittaessa puutut rohkeasti epäkohtiin.
