ROLE SUMMARY The Manager - Market Access will shape and execute access strategies across both public and private healthcare ecosystems. The role demands deep understanding of India's public health and reimbursement pathways, along with strong capability in creating access partnerships in the private sector to unlock innovative therapies and accelerate adult vaccination uptake. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Public Health & Reimbursement Strategy Lead detailed mapping of reimbursement accounts (CARE, state schemes, ESIC, CGHS) including coverage, patient pathways, budgets, procurement systems, and decision-making frameworks.
