About this role

1. Proactively supports emerging SAP SuccessFactors pipeline and HR transformation opportunities 2. Addresses scarce capability in global rollout + China localization (time-sensitive) 3. Strengthens ability to translate HR transformation demand into executable SAP SF solutions, enables early engagement in pre-sales and drives deal conversion 4. Supports building a long-term SF capability pool and leadership bench. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, HR Management, Business Administration, or related fields. 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and management. Must have led at least one full-cycle, multi-module, cross-border SAP SuccessFactors project.…
