Job Description: The Anesthesia Technician is a vital member of the Anesthesia Care Team, committed to ensuring safe and effective anesthetic experiences. This role encompasses a variety of technical responsibilities, including cleaning and calibrating anesthesia machines, stocking supplies, and monitoring equipment quality. The technician is also responsible for transporting patients and performing routine patient care tasks, while providing critical support during emergency situations. Additionally, the technician assists with machine turnover and procedure preparation and may be required to be on call as needed.
