Job Description: The Support Services Supervisor is responsible for supervising employees and work processes within the support services teams. This position ensures an effective distribution of workflow while maintaining customer and employee satisfaction. The incumbent independently to identify problems, barriers, or adverse trends and implements process and goals to resolve. This position effectively manages staff to ensure high performance and extraordinary care. The Supervisor acts as a mentor to ensure continuous employee development.
