Job Description: The Patient Access Acute Coordinator serves as a subject matter expert for the acute registration team. The Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent customer service and facilitating the registration and scheduling process for patients and visitors at Intermountain Health in multiple service lines. The Coordinator manages expected floor time and assists in the preparation of periodic reports. The caregiver ensures that accurate and complete information is collected and entered into the system, verifies insurance and eligibility, collects co-pays and balances, follows up on pending issues, and meets all regulatory guidelines.…
