Job Description: Med Surg/Swing bed is a dynamic 18 bed unit that provides care to general Medical and Surgical needs as well as continued rehab in the Swing Bed Unit. Holy Rosary has 24/7 provider coverage on the unit. The Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care of patients. The staff RN utilizes the nursing process by use of technology, therapeutic intervention, evidence-based practice and coordination of care with other health team members.
