Volunteer Description: Unpaid volunteer contributing time to Intermountain Healthcare in various roles. Job duties: The Ronald McDonald Family Room at Primary Children's Hospital offers a place for patients' families to relax in a friendly, home-like atmosphere. It is a place where families can have a home-cooked meal, visit with other families, take a shower, do laundry, or just get a little downtime outside a child's room. The Family Room is also a place for families to receive assistance and learn about resources within the hospital and the local community. Volunteers help staff the room's front desk and welcome families as they come in. They also help the team with cleaning, organizing, stocking, making beds, treats, crafts, etc.…
