Sterile Processing Supervisor

Job Description: This position is a HSPA certified technician, responsible for ensuring that all basic surgical supplies, instruments and equipment are properly inventoried, decontaminated, assembled, inspected, packaged, sterilized, stored, distributed and tracked in a quality / timely manner throughout the large-size hospital for basic procedures and all surgical specialties including higher acuity procedures (i.e. orthopedics, neuro, and vascular). Leads an assigned area (i.e. decontamination, prep and pack, sterilization, case carts, or the center core) when required.
