MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE The Lead, Organization & Culture – APAC is responsible for driving key organizational effectiveness, culture, and change initiatives across the APAC region. This role will serve as a strategic partner to Division Vice Presidents (DVPs), General Managers (GMs), and senior BHR leaders, helping shape a high-performing, inclusive, and aligned culture that supports business priorities.
