Job Overview: Position Summary The Construction Cost Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate, competitive, and compliant cost estimates for transportation infrastructure projects within the DOTD (Department of Transportation and Development) market. This role requires strong expertise in heavy civil construction, public bidding procedures, and DOT specifications, with exposure to bridge and structural construction projects considered highly valuable. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates for DOTD and public works projects, including roadways, drainage, utilities, and bridge-related scopes.
